Entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial intentions: Analyzing the premise of distinct constructs with different determinants

This study investigates the entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial intentions of working-age population in Bosnia Herzegovina by considering a set demographic background factors. Using cross-sectional survey design, 782 responses were collected. To test hypotheses, confirmatory factor analysis, Welch's t-test, one-way variance analysis with Brown-Forsythe, F, least square difference post hoc tests used. The results suggest several theoretical practical implications. First, are statically different constructs. Second, there mixed regarding factors where age is significant differentiator intentions, experience education partial, while gender insignificant. Third, concerning factors, both family differentiators intentions. Finally, contributes to current state knowledge empirically demonstrating divergence between extending comparative research population, providing implications within context Herzegovina.
